The C600 series of alternators by C.E. Niehoff & Co. feature brushless type design, allowing for extended service life, lower EMI and higher efficiency, which in turn means despite putting out up to 260A at 24V, these alternators do not need to be liquid cooled. Two different coatings are utilized, providing corrosion resistance, protection from vibration and sealing out moisture, resulting in an even longer service life.
